I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing and production before your order ships out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty! Just notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your item has already shipped, please send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL."
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you notice a typo or an auto-filled error in your address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. If you contact us within 24 hours, we can update the address for you.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
All our items are shipped with extra padding for protection. However, occasionally items may arrive damaged due to handling during shipping. If this happens, please reach out to us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
Once we receive this information, we'll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
